Diary 93: Detox and burn fat naturally

Our body is constantly accumulated with toxins from various sources (food, air and water). This long term toxin accumulation leads to an increase level of body acidicity and toxicity.

If the body has a high level of acidicity and toxicity, it will be prone to various illenesses and diseases such as obesity, heart problem, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney failure and even cancer.

There are many health products in the market pursuading consumers to try them, particularly to reduce body weigt.

How effective are these products? It may work for some and not others.

To be effective, the products’ weight management program often involves a sensible diet and exercise plan.

If such is the case, I would rather encourage you to just focus on the sensible diet and the exercise plan.
