22-27 日最深刻的印象是国人的健康情况 在机场遇到一位本地资深演员，末学特地送上一本《寻找健康》，希望演员能够找回失去的健康。出了名又怎么样？如果没有了健康，名气帮不上忙。末学内心祝福天下所有众生， 健康快乐，尤其是在年老的时候。 在双溪大年和同事们用晚餐时，遇到一位年轻的马来妇女，由家人扶着进来用餐。末学看了心酸。40 多岁的人，走路像得病的老人。末学心底希望她能找回所失去的健康。 在住宿的旅馆，另外一位马来妇女患上SLE，问末学要如何应付。末学送她一本 Makanan Sihat Sebagai Ubat. 然后分享饮食疗法和行孝疗法，她欢喜接受建议。 一位长者同事，饭后立刻吃药。进入森林，难于步行。看到他的情况，末学心里有数。此生一定要好好照顾健康，给社会做个好榜样。年老一定可以活得健康自在。 于是，每到一个森林局的办公室，末学把健康资讯的软件交给同事们，让他们和其他同事和亲友分享。 马来同事们知道末学是素食者，笑说不吃白不吃。末学说，没关系，有选择就不吃那些“好好吃的”，没有选择便什么都可以吃。慢慢观察身边的人，几乎40岁以上者都在吃药。末学不想过吃药的日子。健康第一。每个人的选择有别，互相尊敬最好。 患癌的妇女来电，说其70多岁的母亲证实患癌。家里有2个人患癌是少见的事，但还是发生了。 English: This week is dominated by health conditions of new and old friends. 1.
