This is indeed a wonderful method of self-healing.
When the Master Xiao Hong-chi visited KL on 8 June 2011, I went to listen and learn the techniques during his free public lecture-cum-demonstration..
Subsequently, I share them with my colleagues and others in my life (including Orang Asli villagers in the rural areas).
A young female colleague had knee injury 3 years ago and subsequently experienced knee pain when it rains or when climbing staircase.
Her knee pain disappeared after 1 week of Paida.
My village elder had ‘frozen shoulder’ and after La-Jin for 30 minutes while lying in bed, he claimed that the problem was 70% gone the next day.
La-Jin and Pai-Da now become part of my health talk.
The people in Kuching like it.
The Orang Asli like it.
What I do now is to add the text (with a photo on the Master's book cover) to the fourth edition of my health book, Eating for Good Health, published in Sept 2011. I do this because the Master is willing to share the techniques freely to any one and my role is assisting him realising his dream.
I went to see and use a La-Jin bench in a friend’s house.
In the meantime, I am trying to get my colleague to make a La-Jin bench.
La-Jin bench is expected to help those prefer self-healing than medication.
