A reporter asked the 37-year-old Owen Yap, a TV newscaster on health matters (Sunday Metro, M2, the Star 27 March 2011).
Yap believes health is everything.
“Without it, there will be nothing – no fame or money”.
My responses to the interview are as below.
1. Owen Yap has realised the importance of health.
2. He is discipline in getting about 8 hours of sleep a day. This is an excellent practice.
3. From the explanations given on the kinds of food he likes, he needs to learn about the nature of food taken to maintain good health. Best wishes to Owen Yap.
If he does not take care of his food, all the fame he enjoys at the moment may not help maintain good health in the long run.
