As usual, I passed some health books around.
Some donated to the next printing.
A few young scientists inquired about healthy eating.
I asked them to list down the types of food they take in the morning, afternoon and evening.
All of them are taking foods which are mainly acidic in nature.
They are likely to face health problems at the later stage of their life.
Some suggestions were made to improve their health.
