East fruits alone on an empty stomach.
Eat fruits half an hour before a meal or three hours after the meal.
Best to eat them for breakfast.
Eat only fresh, ripe fruits.
Eat only ripe fruits.
Eat melons alone.
Best to eat one type of fruit in a meal.
Eat more sweet fruits but less acidic fruits.
Eat local fruits in season.
Better to chew than juice fruits.
Do not eat sweet fruits acidic fruits for better digestion.
Do not eat overripe fruits as they are low in energy and life forces.
Never cook fruits
