Filtering and processing of blood.
Producing proteins, glucose and cholesterol.
Storing fat-soluble vitamins, glycogen and iron.
Metablolising drugs, glucose and haemoglobin.
Maintaining immunity.
If we do not take care of our liver, burdening it with too much acidic foods, liver cancer may occur.
