This blog is initiated as a result of encouragement from readers who felt that the information contained in my health books Eating for Good Health could reach more people. The information disseminated is meant to help YOU, your family and those you love and care. The health path taken my family has enabled a family to survive prostate cancer for 13 years instead of 3 years, as predicted by the medical doctor. Equally important is the fact that my own nuclear family (my wife, two children and myself) are no longer dependent on medicine in daily health care. My eight-year-old son (2009) has only been to the clinic once in his life. I have not taken medicine for the last 14 years. The main purpose of this book is to share with you how foods affect your health.
It is hoped that after reading this book, you would make a wise choice in choosing what to eat to avoid disease and to maintain, attain and regain health.
This health book was first published in March 2007 and by mid-2008, the 1,000 copies were almost sold out.
This book was written to help others who wish to attain health; it is not meant for making financial gain. When my father-in-law survived prostate cancer without radiotherapy and chemotherapy during the 1996-2009 period, health food plays a major role. With daily consumption of health food, my own family members enjoy good health as we no longer depend on modern medicine. The wonder of health food and the experience of my family need to be shared to benefit others. Whatever financial gain received from the sale of this book will be used to raise awareness of health among the population.
