Below are the cancer statistics for the Malaysian situation based on the National Cancer Registry Report 2006.
Cancer incidences:
Males =100 per 100,000 population
Females = 120 per 100,000 population
Chinese = 161 per 100,000 population
Indians = 93 per 100,000 population
Malays = 72 per 100,000 population.
All of us need to understand the above and take steps to prevent the occurrence of cancer.
Do not become a victim of this life threatening disease.
Much of the cancer is related to the food we take every day.
