Some people have difficulty going to sleep at night.
Some have to take pills to go to sleep.
Going to sleep is not difficult.
Just do one of the following few things.
Have a hot water bath if necessary.
Do simple exercise to loosen your body parts.
Massage various parts of the body, including your head.
Message your eyes by turning left and right.
Stand, bend your body so that your fingers can touch the floor for about 2-3 minutes.
